This temporary position is expected to last around three months and may lead to a permanent appointment for the right candidate.
The role will involve working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with shifts scheduled between 8am and 6pm. Shift lengths and start times may vary, so flexibility is required.
This is a varied, hands‑on position suited to someone who enjoys customer interaction, administration, and helping a busy operation run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
• Reception duties, welcoming customers and dealing with enquiries
• Answering telephone calls and emails
• Managing bookings and appointments
• General administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
• Supporting the on‑site operations team
• Assisting with customer service issues and general problem‑solving
The ideal candidate will have:
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confidence using basic IT systems including email and spreadsheets
• A flexible and proactive approach
• Previous experience in reception, administration or the leisure industry is desirable but not essential
