This role sits within education recruitment, focusing on placing teachers and support staff into schools across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Wiltshire. As an Education Consultant, you'll manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing candidates, interviewing and vetting them, and matching them to suitable school roles. You'll also build relationships with schools, understand their staffing needs, and ensure high-quality placements. The position is fast-paced and target-driven but supported by a collaborative and experienced team, with structured training and clear progression pathways.
