How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Ready for a challenge?

Then Just Eat Takeaway.com might be the place for you. We’re a leading global online delivery platform, and our vision is to empower everyday convenience.

Whether it’s a Friday-night feast, a post-gym poke bowl, or grabbing some groceries, our tech platform connects tens of millions of customers with hundreds of thousands of restaurant, grocery and convenience partners across the globe.

    About this role

We’re looking for a Lead PM to take over the Growth strategy here at JET. We’re a team that values leading from the front and delivering at pace, but we do it by caring for our users and working as a tight-knit group.

This isn’t about managing a specific feature list. We need a "full-stack" problem solver who treats growth as a system, balancing the right incentives with the right user experience to move the needle on Retention and LTV.

You’ll be the bridge between our Tech teams and Commercial leadership. Your job is to find the friction points in our growth engine and turn those business challenges into a technical roadmap that actually scales.

    * Please note that this position is located in London (3 days a week from our London office and 2 days working from home)

These are some of the key components to the position:

Growth Strategy: Build and own a "Now, Next, Later" roadmap that moves beyond tactical fixes to define how we acquire and keep customers for the long term.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing and Commercial leaders to diagnose growth barriers and translate complex business challenges into a scalable technical roadmap.

Metric Accountability: Take full ownership of the growth funnel, specifically optimising Order Rates and building the underlying mechanics that drive repeat behavior and Retention.

Stakeholder Navigation: Lead through influence by defending your roadmap with data and managing senior leadership expectations when navigating technical or commercial constraints.

Product Excellence: Identify UX bottlenecks in the path to purchase and incentive redemption, ensuring we deliver a frictionless experience that clearly communicates value.

Team Collaboration: Supervise and mentor fellow PMs, fostering a culture of "Care" where we help each other succeed and aim high to drive collective excellence.

What will you bring to the team?

Professional Background: Proven track record in Product Management, specifically within Growth or commercially-led roles in a complex marketplace.

Diagnostic Ability: Proven experience identifying growth barriers and discerning when to enhance incentive platforms versus making fundamental UX improvements.

Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional squads and influencing senior stakeholders, navigating competing priorities with clarity and confidence.

Technical & Tooling Literacy: Practical understanding of leveraging lifecycle engagement tools alongside internal product incentive platforms to drive specific user behaviors.

Analytical Rigor: Expert in using data to tell a story and identifying which metrics actually move the needle versus vanity metrics.

Collaborative Excellence: Committed to aiming high and driving excellence by helping teammates succeed and acting responsibly to make a lasting impact.

At JET, this is how we play

Our teams forge connections internally and work with some of the best-known brands on the planet, giving us truly international impact in a dynamic environment.

Being the best at what we do isn’t just about delivering on our strategy. It's a competition for something incredibly valuable – our customers' choice. Every time a customer decides where to order, they're picking a side.

At the heart of the JET Customer League are our values and behaviours. They guide every interaction, every decision, every innovation. These are the actions we need to perform consistently and brilliantly, to surpass the competition and earn our customers’ loyalty, again and again.

Fun, fast-paced and supportive, the JET culture is about movement, growth, helping one another to succeed and celebrating wins. By truly living our values and embodying our behaviours, we’re building a customer-first culture which enables us to stay one step ahead of the competition.

    Inclusion, Diversity & Belonging

No matter who you are, what you look like, who you love, or where you are from, you can find your place at Just Eat Takeaway.com. We’re committed to creating an inclusive culture, encouraging diversity of people and thinking, in which all employees feel they truly belong and can bring their most colourful selves to work every day.

    What else are we delivering?
