The Role
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the site, overseeing a small in-house team of maintenance operatives while coordinating external contractors as required.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing and supporting a small team of in-house maintenance operatives
* Coordinating and supervising contractors on site
* Ensuring planned and reactive maintenance is completed efficiently
* Supporting compliance across health & safety and statutory requirements
* Assisting with the management of both older and modern building assets
* Liaising with internal stakeholders and the wider regional FM team
* Monitoring works to ensure quality and standards are maintained
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a Facilities Management or Assistant FM role
* Experience managing or supervising maintenance teams
* Strong understanding of building maintenance and compliance
* Confident liaising with contractors and stakeholders
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
* Good communication and leadership skills
Requirements
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
* Full UK driving licence (desirable)
