Duties for Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
* Develop detailed and outline designs, as well as specifications for mechanical works.
* Providing technical input on a daily basis to contribute to the team of engineers and technicians.
* Ensure that the design output meets the agreed scope of work, as well as the budgets and timescales.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues from other disciplines to meet project requirements and add value to the client.
* Attend design review meetings to monitor progress.
Qualifications/Experience for Senior Mechanical Design Engineer
* HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
* Experience working within water or similar process-driven environment
* Contractual and commercial knowledge
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Chartered Engineer or working towards this (desirable)
