Key Responsibilities
Architectural Governance: Define and enforce enterprise-wide architecture standards, guardrails, and design principles to ensure technical consistency and scalability.
Design Authority: Act as the final arbiter for integrated solution designs across ERP, PLM, MES, Data, and Integration layers.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure all technical capabilities and transformation programs remain strictly aligned with the broader business strategy and roadmap.
Data Governance: Define the Master Data Management (MDM) architecture and governance framework to ensure data integrity across the lifecycle (focusing on policy and structure, not execution).
System Oversight: Provide high-level technical oversight across SAP, PLM, and manufacturing systems to eliminate silos and minimize technical debt.Experience & Qualifications
Leadership: Proven track record of leading Enterprise Architecture within large-scale, complex transformation programs.
Domain Expertise: Strong experience navigating the intersection of manufacturing systems (PLM/MES) and corporate business platforms (SAP/ERP).
Integration Mastery: Expert-level understanding of modern integration patterns, cloud architecture, and data-flow orchestration.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical landscapes into clear strategic outcomes for executive leadership.
