Our client, a leading organisation in defence and security, is hiring for a reputable company to fill the role of DV Cleared InfoSec Technical Assurance Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical national security projects, ensuring robust cyber resilience across UK and EMEA operations.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing expert technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal security standards.
* Leading the Computer Incident Response Team during security incidents, coordinating response efforts.
* Collaborating with the Cyber Security Operations Centre to meet UK security needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
* Developing and delivering cyber exercises to test and improve organisational readiness.
* Supporting initiatives to enhance and mature the organisation's cyber security posture.
What you'll bring:
* Proven experience with MoD standards such as DEFSTAN, DEFCON, ISNs, and JSPs.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Familiarity with ISO 27000 series standards.
* Relevant security and technical certifications.
* Experience working within high-classification environments.
* A proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
* A degree in a relevant discipline or higher.
Desirable:
* Experience in complex or multinational settings.
* Broader cyber defence or technical assurance background.
Security Clearance:
* Must be British and eligible to obtain and maintain the highest level of UK Government security clearance.
