Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to support quality assurance activities across multiple projects. This role will act as a key point of contact for quality-related matters, ensuring compliance, driving improvements, and supporting the successful delivery of engineering programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for quality issues across multiple projects
Manage non-conformances through the full lifecycle, including facilitating Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes
Review and approve technical and quality documentation
Participate in design reviews, providing quality input and oversight
Contribute to bids and proposals from a quality perspective
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and processes
Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects while maintaining high attention to detail
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with confidence working across all levels—from shop floor to senior management
Excellent decision-making capability, with a proactive approach to ownership and accountability
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrable experience in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (essential)
Desirable Experience:
Experience with SAP Quality modules
Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g. ISO standards)
Security Clearance Requirements:
To Start: SC clearance required
