Registered Manager – Complex Care (LD Supported Living) – East London – £55,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We are recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to join a leading complex care provider in East London, overseeing supported living and community-based services.

This is a senior opportunity to manage high-acuity Learning Disability and autism packages, including 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 support models.

The Role
In this role, you will take full responsibility for operational performance, compliance and quality across supported living and community services.
This position combines service leadership with quality assurance oversight, ensuring high standards of care, governance and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee delivery of complex LD packages across supported living and the community
Lead on CQC compliance, audits and quality assurance activity
Complete and review service audits, medication audits and health and safety checks
Implement and monitor action plans to drive service improvement
Manage care planning, risk assessments and behavioural support (PBS)
Lead and develop teams, ensuring staff competency and performance
Build strong relationships with commissioners, families and stakeholders
Requirements
Proven experience as a Registered Manager within LD complex care and supported living
Strong background managing 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 packages in the community
In-depth knowledge of CQC, governance and audit processes
Experience leading quality assurance and service improvement
Confident managing autism, behaviours that challenge and complex needs
Please note: Candidates must have direct experience within LD complex care. Domiciliary care-only backgrounds will not be considered.

£55,000 - £60,000 salary
