Job Description
Carrying out reactive maintenance and planned works as a Multi Trader across Social Housing properties in Ealing and surrounding West London areas
Completing multi-skilled tasks including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and basic tiling to a high standard in occupied homes
Diagnosing faults quickly and delivering efficient repairs within Social Housing properties across Ealing
Ensuring all work as a Multi Trade Operative is completed in line with health & safety regulations and company standards
Providing excellent customer service while working within tenanted properties across Ealing and the wider London region
Skills/Qualifications
Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Multi Trade Operative within Social Housing in Ealing or London
Strong skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, and general maintenance as a Multi Skilled Operative
Full UK driving licence essential for this Multi Trader role covering Ealing and surrounding areas
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively as a Multi Trade Operative
