TeacherActive is proud to be working with a range of mainstream primary schools across Nottingham, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teaching Assistant. The schools provide supportive and inclusive environments, with a strong focus on pupil development and engagement across all key stages.
We are looking for a flexible and proactive Primary Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis across EYFS to Key Stage 2 / KS2. The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will support class teachers, work with small groups or on a one-to-one basis, and help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
The successful Primary Teaching Assistant will have:
• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Experience supporting pupils across EYFS and Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Strong behaviour management and classroom support skills
• A flexible and adaptable approach to working in different schools
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
