HLTA - Higher level Teaching assistant (Level 4)

We are currently working with a excellent SEND school who are looking for an experienced and passionate HLTA to join them on a full time, permanent basis, working with children and young people aged between the ages of 9 and 17.

No two SEND schools are the same and we need great staff who can work across all our SEND schools and have extensive experience working with children with a variation of special educational needs and disabilities.

In order to be a successful HLTA you must:

Have a strong understanding of the social, emotional and behavioural needs of vulnerable learners.
Have previous relevant experience working with children with SEND
Be kind, patient and understanding
Have great communication skills
Have compassion and Empathy
