How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a X3 mobile M&E Engineers to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

    * Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours

    * Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay)

    * On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.

    * Salary - £42,447/Yr.

    * Locations Available: Yeovil,Salisbury, Taunton & Bournemouth (Dependant on your location)

    * Extra – Overtime available after 45 hours hit. (1.5x)

    If you're an Electrically biased M&E Engineer, tasks could include lighting and power upgrades, circuit board repairs, emergency light testing, and other planned maintenance.
    You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs.

    If you have an AC bias, you'll focus mainly on the mechanically minded work included AHUs and other repairs on systems like this.

    * 18th edition & Level 3 in Electrical Installations
