We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Denton to recruit a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils to reach their full potential by:
Delivering tailored support in line with individual learning plans
Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Working closely with teachers and external professionals to monitor progress
Adapting resources and strategies to meet individual needs
Providing emotional and behavioural support to promote well-being and confidence
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in supporting children with SEN (desirable but not essential)
Qualified in education, childcare, or a related field (advantageous)
A strong communicator with a proactive and flexible approach
Patient, empathetic, and genuinely passionate about helping young learners succeed
