We are currently hiring for a proactive and diligent, experienced administrator to cover a period of absence at a leading technology logistics company.
This role will be working in a small team of knowledgeable transport coordinators, supporting with administrative duties.
Please note due to the nature of our clients work, a basic DBS check will be completed.
Duties may include:
Communicating with carrier companies
Coordination of deliveries via email
Requesting proof of deliveries
Entering data onto bespoke systems and spreadsheets
Administrative support for claims
What do I need to be considered?
Previous administrative background
Experience using excel
Fantastic written communication
Quick learner with confidence to ask questions
Any transport/logistics experience would be beneficial
