Engagement expectations
* Vetting: Due to the regulated nature of our work, and our significant Defence portfolio, we require a minimum of, active Standard Check (SC) vetting to be in place.
* Working pattern: Projects typically require 2–3 days per week on-site commitment at client locations (Southwest clusters such as Bristol, Corsham, Portsmouth, Andover, Yeovil), with hybrid flexibility where permitted.
* Fees: Rates are agreed per engagement and aligned to role seniority and scope.

Who you are
* An Operations Manager with a strong background in leading, coordinating and assuring delivery across complex programmes or portfolios, ideally within defence, infrastructure or regulated public sector environments.
* Skilled in operational delivery, performance management and resource coordination, ensuring programmes remain aligned to delivery objectives, milestones and governance requirements.
* Able to provide confident leadership and guidance across operational planning, governance, risk and issue management, ensuring delivery is controlled, assured and continuously improving.
* Comfortable operating in regulated, secure environments, engaging with senior stakeholders and working within established governance and assurance frameworks.
* Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments, adapting to changing priorities while maintaining delivery focus and operational discipline.
