Roles and Responsibilities:
* Quoting client requirements that come in via email (sales inbox & direct emails).
* Inputting accurate information into the system and communicating it to the clients in a timely fashion.
* Converting customer POs into the system quickly and efficiently.
* Chasing live opportunities and negotiating where needed to secure the business.
* Contacting suppliers to source for cables not in stock (UK and European) as and where necessary to secure orders.
* Inputting data to go on our supply chain’s shared sourcing sheet for them to go out to factories for long lead-time, manufacturing lead-time products.
* Upselling accessories / other cables to clients.
40hr contract - Office based 08.30am-17.00pm Mon-Thursday; 08.00am-16.00pm Friday (30 min lunch break each day)
