As a Warehouse/Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring products are packaged correctly and ready for global distribution.
Warehouse/Production Operative Responsibilities
Packaging & Packing: The Warehouse/Production Operative will be responsible for the high-quality packaging of products to meet shipping standards.
Order Preparation: As a Warehouse/Production Operative, you will prepare items for dispatch with high levels of accuracy.
Production Support: Each Warehouse/Production Operative assists with basic production tasks and assembly of packaging materials.
Inventory Handling: The Warehouse/Production Operative will ensure stock is moved safely and efficiently through the warehouse area.
Quality Checks: Every Warehouse/Production Operative performs visual inspections to ensure packaging meets strict quality guidelines.
Shift Patterns & Pay
We have two main shift options available for the Warehouse/Production Operative role.
Option 1: Double Day Shift (Rotating)
Week 1: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Week 2: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
This pattern allows the Warehouse/Production Operative to enjoy a variety of working hours with every weekend off.
Option 2: Fixed Night Shift
Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Finish Friday morning)
This shift is perfect for a Warehouse/Production Operative who prefers a fixed night-time schedule.
