PK Education are seeking a resilient and proactive SEMH Mentor to support pupils within a primary setting who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
This is a highly rewarding role working 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who may:
Display challenging behaviour
Have experienced trauma or disruption
Need consistent emotional support
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong behaviour management skills
Can build positive, trusting relationships
Has experience in schools, youth work, or support roles
Backgrounds in:
Sports coaching
Youth work
Residential care
are highly transferable.
