Project Manager (Facades)

We’re working with a leading contractor delivering large-scale façade remediation and cladding projects across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to take full ownership of project delivery.

The Role:

* Lead the delivery of façade/cladding projects from start to completion

* Manage site teams including Site Managers and subcontractors

* Oversee programme, budget, quality and overall project performance

* Coordinate with commercial, design and H&S teams

* Build and manage client and stakeholder relationships

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget

Requirements:

* Proven experience working with recognised façade/cladding contractors

* Strong background delivering cladding and/or EWI projects (essential)

* Experience managing multiple site teams and full project lifecycle

* Strong commercial and programme awareness

* SMSTS, CSCS and relevant construction qualifications

* Minimum 4+ years’ relevant experience
