They deliver a wide range of projects including groundworks, drainage, reinforced concrete (RC) works, blockwork, steelwork, temporary works, diamond drilling, demolition, and strip-outs. They are currently recruitning for the position of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be given is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the full commercial lifecycle, from procurement through to final accounts.
The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in supporting the commercial function and will be confident in managing day-to-day commercial activities on live projects.
Key Requirements:
* The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will ideally have experience within the London construction market
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Previous experience working for a subcontractor
* A formal Quantity Surveying qualification
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Good commercial awareness and technical understanding
* The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will live within commuting distance of Central London
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be Offered:
