Senior Project Manager - Construction Consultancy

A leading construction consultancy in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team following a key departure. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to step into an established role within a busy construction environment, working across leisure, commercial, and residential projects. The successful Senior Project Manager will inherit live schemes and play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships.

This Senior Project Manager position offers immediate responsibility and the chance to make an impact from day one. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of multiple construction projects, ensuring continuity and high standards of delivery.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

The 'Senior Project Manager's' role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery across programme, cost, and quality. The Senior Project Manager will manage client relationships, lead meetings, and coordinate teams.

Responsibilities include contract administration (JCT), procurement oversight, and monitoring construction progress on site. The Senior Project Manager will also manage risk and reporting.

The 'Senior Project Manager'

The ideal Senior Project Manager will hold a relevant construction degree and have experience across leisure, commercial, or residential sectors. Chartership (MRICS/MAPM) is desirable.

The Senior Project Manager will be commercially aware, confident, and capable of leading projects independently.
