Senior Building Surveyor

We're working with a well established, award winning multidisciplinary consultancy in Cheshire. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor / Associate level Building Surveyor to join their established team in the Cheshire area.

This is a key hire and genuine opportunity for someone to step into a leadership position within a collaborative and well structured office.

The Role - Senior Building Surveyor / Associate

You'll take responsibility for delivering and overseeing a varied and high volume workload, alongside playing a key role in mentoring junior surveyors and supporting wider team development.

The role will combine project delivery, client management and business development, with exposure to both existing frameworks and new client opportunities.

You'll be working across a diverse portfolio including:

Education projects (schools, academies, SEND and specialist facilities)
Heritage and conservation schemes
Commercial and retail refurbishments
Public sector and local authority workYou'll typically be managing circa 40 live projects at any one time, supported by a growing team.

What We're Looking For

MRICS qualified Senior Building Surveyor (essential)
Substantial experience in a client facing role
Strong leadership / mentoring capability
Confident managing and developing client relationships
Comfortable supporting business development and winning work
Experience delivering a broad workloadThe Team & Environment

You'll join a collaborative multi-disciplinary office environment, and the team is well established, ambitious, and highly respected within the region.

Package

Negotiable salary on level and experience, circa £60,000 - £80,000
