Your role includes:
Prepare and install a wide range of floor finishes including vinyl, linoleum, rubber, sheet material and tiles
Remove and refit toilet
Install sub base flooring
Remove and reinstate bathroom fittings including WC's and wash hand basins as part of flooring works
Fit floor to wet rooms
Carry out cutting cement spreading and latex screeding
Install underlays
Install carpet and tile flooringRequirements:
Completed recognised apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2/3) in Floor Laying
Fully competent in all aspects of the floor laying trade, including installation, repairs and finishing
Experience carrying out maintenance work in domestic and commercial properties
Full UK Drivers License
CSCS card, asbestos awareness, and own toolsSalary - £34,703 plus £4k in OTE per year
Company Van, fuel card and excellent benefit package is given.
