How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    EYFS Level 3 Practitioner – Harrow

    Location: Harrow
    Start Date: February 2026
    Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
    Pay: £95–£120 per day

    The Opportunity

    A friendly and nurturing nursery setting in Harrow is looking to appoint two enthusiastic EYFS Level 3 Practitioners to join their team from February 2026. Following recent staffing changes, the setting is keen to welcome individuals who are reliable, energetic, and passionate about supporting early childhood development.

    This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team in a well-connected location, ideal for candidates based in Harrow and surrounding areas.

    About the Role

    You will play a key role in delivering high-quality Early Years education, helping to create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

    Key Responsibilities

    Deliver engaging EYFS learning experiences in line with the framework
    Support planning, observations, and assessments
    Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children
    Work collaboratively with colleagues to support individual development
    Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the setting

    What We’re Looking For

    A full Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
    Experience working in a Nursery or Reception setting
    A caring, enthusiastic approach and genuine passion for early development
    Ability to plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging activities
    Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

    Interview Process

    Child Interaction Task (30–40 minutes): Leading a simple activity with a child
    Formal Interview: With the Nursery Manager and Director
