Our client, a well-established and rapidly expanding commercial window cleaning and exterior restoration business, is currently seeking a full-time Commercial Window & Exterior Cleaner to join their professional team.

What's on Offer
£27,000 - £32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
£650 joining bonus following successful completion of probation
Monthly performance bonus - up to 15% additional earnings
Paid overtime, including Saturdays
28 days' paid holiday (including Bank Holidays)

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 16:00
Overtime and occasional weekend work available
Key Responsibilities
Internal and external window cleaning
Operating reach & wash systems, ladders, and MEWPs
Carrying out pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and graffiti removal
Working safely at height in line with regulations
Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site
Candidate Requirements
Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
Own vehicle required - travel to and between sites is necessary
Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or working at height is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
