Are you a passionate and nurturing Nursery Assistant ready to make a difference?
We’re seeking a Nursery Assistant (Level 2/3) to join a welcoming nursery team in the Southampton area. This role involves supporting children’s learning and development through engaging activities, while working closely with colleagues to create a safe and inspiring environment.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, supporting children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework, and building strong relationships with families and staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career within a positive and supportive setting.

What We’re Looking For:
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting (desirable)
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A caring, proactive, and enthusiastic approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
