We’re working with a fast-growing beverage manufacturer looking for a hands-on Senior Packaging Operator to support day-to-day production and help drive operational excellence.
The Role
You’ll play a key role across bottling and canning operations, supporting the Packaging Lead and ensuring products are packaged efficiently and to high quality standards. This is a practical, floor-based role with real responsibility and influence.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate and maintain bottling and canning lines
* Alternate between shift leadership and support duties as required
* Follow established SOPs, quality, and health & safety standards
* Monitor and improve packaging line performance
* Troubleshoot faults and support basic equipment maintenance
* Collaborate with wider production teams to improve processes and train colleagues
* Support broader production and warehouse activities when needed
About You
* Experience in food or beverage packaging (bottling/canning preferred)
* Practical, mechanically minded, and solutions-focused
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
* Forklift licence (desirable)
