About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning both inside and outside the classroom.
In this role, you will:
Provide targeted support to pupils, including those with additional needs
Assist in delivering engaging and interactive learning activities
Promote confidence, independence, and resilience in pupils
Support the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Build strong relationships with pupils and staff
