Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshall to join a busy construction site in Royston. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent hours and competitive pay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing site access and egress for vehicles and pedestrians
* Directing traffic safely around the site
* Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
* Communicating clearly with site staff, drivers, and visitors
* Maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
* Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman card (essential)
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong awareness of site safety procedures
* Good communication skills
* Reliable and punctual
