£22.95 per hour (Umbrella)
OR £19.77 per hour PAYE (including holiday pay)
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (42.5 hours per week)

The Role
We're recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives for a new social housing maintenance contract in Staines-upon-Thames. This role involves carrying out day-to-day repairs and property maintenance across both occupied and void homes.
You don't need to cover every trade, but a solid background in plumbing or carpentry is essential. Additional multi-trade skills are a bonus.
Key Duties
Carry out plumbing and carpentry repairs in domestic social housing properties
Install, repair, and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, doors, and fittings
Diagnose and resolve reactive maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
Complete basic tiling, patch plastering, and decorating (desirable)
Use a PDA/handheld device to log and complete jobs
Deliver excellent tenant-facing customer service in occupied properties

What You'll Need
Experience as a Multi Trader / Multi Trade Operative / Maintenance Operative
Strong background in plumbing or carpentry (essential)
Additional skills in tiling, plastering, or decorating (advantageous)
Full UK manual driving licence (up to 6 points accepted)
Basic DBS (arranged and paid for)
