We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team immediately. You will manage and coordinate a small team across multiple sites, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a practical role with leadership at its core, perfect for someone who enjoys getting involved on the ground while motivating their team.

✔️ Leading, supervising, and coordinating a small team across multiple sites
✔️ Ensuring all grounds maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
✔️ Carrying out hands-on grounds maintenance tasks when required
✔️ Supporting and motivating your team to maintain high performance
✔️ Monitoring and enforcing health & safety regulations
👷 What we’re looking for:
• Proven team leadership experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Practical knowledge of grounds maintenance practices and equipment
• Understanding of health & safety regulations in a grounds maintenance context
• Local to Bedford area and available to start immediately
