What you'll do
Support commercial and financial processes including income recovery, reporting, budgets, and forecasting
Assist with contract administration such as purchase orders, variations, approvals, and compliance documentation
Maintain accurate subcontractor records and performance information
Work closely with operational teams to gather data and support risk and opportunity assessments
Provide general commercial admin support including document preparation, meeting minutes, and stakeholder communication
What we're looking for
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and confidence working with different teams
Basic understanding of commercial or financial processes (or a willingness to learn)
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and documentation
A collaborative, supportive team player
