This is a temporary position running until the end of June, with standard hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm.
The role involves travelling across South Birmingham, with a work vehicle and fuel card provided.
Hourly rate: £20–£23, depending on experience.
The Project
You’ll be working on a major social housing programme delivering repairs, maintenance, and improvement works across thousands of residential properties, including a mix of low-rise and high-rise buildings.

Requirements
Essential:
* Proven experience in carpentry
* Additional trade skills (e.g. plumbing, plastering, tiling, decorating)
* Full UK driving licence (no more than 5 penalty points)
Desirable:
* Previous experience working within social housing
