Proposals Engineer

Our client, a leading design & build contractor, is looking for a Proposals Engineer to support tendering activity across major water & wastewater infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare MEICA design solutions for tenders

* Produce cost estimates and tender documentation

* Support bid submissions and commercial reviews

* Coordinate internal teams and supply chain inputs

* Attend client meetings and support presentations

Requirements

* Experience in Proposals / Estimating / Design roles

* Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure

* Strong MEICA knowledge (Mechanical & Electrical)

* Commercial awareness and ability to meet deadlines

* HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering (or similar)
