Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Document Specialist team, ensuring excellent service across the organisation.
Act as liaison between Legal Support Services and practice groups.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and manage team workloads.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and participate in projects.
Ensure compliance with risk management and internal procedures.
Oversee on-boarding, absences, performance reviews, and recruitment support.
