How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Host regular client meetings and provide monthly performance reporting

    * Maintain accurate asset records, compliance registers, and site documentation

    Operational Delivery

    * Coordinate engineers, operatives, and subcontractors across multiple sites

    * Ensure reactive and planned works are delivered within SLA/KPI targets

    * Monitor health & safety, compliance, and safe systems of work

    Commercial & Growth

    * Track and convert quotes, leads, and remedial opportunities

    * Support tender submissions, bid writing, and mobilisation planning

    * Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pipeline development

    * Drive revenue growth and continuous improvement across contracts

    Reporting & Improvement

    * Produce KPI dashboards, performance reports, and data analysis

    * Capture client feedback and implement service improvements

    * Promote best practice, efficiency, and high service standards

    About You:

    We are looking for a confident and driven individual who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced environment.

    Essential experience & skills:

    * Proven experience in client engagement within maintenance, engineering, or property services

    * Background in building services (mechanical or electrical – Level 2 or above)

    * Experience managing contracts, sites, and KPI-driven performance

    * Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities

    * Ability to analyse data and produce reports (Excel, dashboards, KPI tracking)

    * Confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders

    Desirable:

    * Knowledge of M&E, building fabric, fire, or security systems

    * Experience with CAFM/CMMS systems

    * Tender writing and bid support experience

    * Understanding of compliance standards (e.g. SFG20, F-Gas, fire safety, water hygiene)

    What’s on Offer:

    * Permanent, full-time position

    * Opportunity to manage high-profile, long-term contracts
