Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Ealing, providing essential support to students with additional needs.
The Role:
* Providing 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties
* Assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
* Implementing strategies to support students’ emotional regulation and engagement in learning
* Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Helping students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children, particularly those with SEN (desirable but not essential)
* A patient, empathetic, and adaptable approach to support individual needs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for making a difference in students' lives
* Relevant training or qualifications (e.g., CACHE, Level 2/3 TA qualification) is a plus but not required
