How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    As the Night Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing planning and continuously improving the night shift function within the company operation.

    Description

    Oversee and maintain the site cleaning planning system to ensure the achievement of operational standards and safety standards are consistently achieved.
    Monday - Thursday 9.30 - 6.30 / Friday 9.30 - 3.30)
    Ensure cleaning schedules align with production requirements and minimise downtime
    Define clear expectations and standards for night shift cleaning activities.
    Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with other roles and tasks when required to support operational needs.
    Lead, coach, and develop the Night Shift Cleaning Team to optimise task effectiveness and performance.
    Manage performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development plans.
    Lead by example through high standards of communication, behaviour, safety awareness, and work quality.
    Capable of managing multiple tasks and roles while leading the team to complete work safely and efficiently.
    Challenge unsafe or inefficient practices constructively.
    Assist and lead general labouring duties on site when required, including 5S, housekeeping, and site cleanliness.Profile
