The Role
We are looking for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our growing team, covering South East London and South London. This role involves servicing, repairing and maintaining commercial coffee machines and vending machines at customer sites.
This is a great opportunity for a Coffee Machine Engineer, Vending Engineer, or Field Service Technician looking for a stable role with a strong salary and no overtime expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Install, service, repair and maintain coffee machines and vending machines
* Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults
* Carry out preventative maintenance at customer sites
* Ensure excellent customer service and communication
* Complete service reports and maintain accurate records
Requirements
* Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Coffee Machine Engineer, or Vending Engineer
* Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently in a field-based role
* Good customer service skills
