How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Service & Warranties Administrator

    Brighouse, West Yorkshire, HD6

    £30,000 - £32,000 Per Annum + Benefits Package

    Our client, an established and reputable automotive specialist is looking to recruit a strong all-round Administrator to join their Service and Warranties team at their Brighouse site.

    Within the role of Service Administrator, you’ll be responsible for:

    * Handling incoming enquiries via phone and email.

    * Providing customer satisfaction at all times.

    * Check and cross reference data and documentation accordingly.

    * Fast and accurate processing of invoices, credits and other finance related data.

    * Accurate and precise processing of warranties, service histories and other vehicle registration documents using the internal CRM and database systems.

    * Identify vehicle service information and record this using internal CRM systems.

    * Checking Claims and updating information throughout the lifecycle process.

    * Handling daily admin tasks such as managing a busy “Inbox”, processing queries and claims efficiently in a timely manner.

    * A background within the automotive sector or vehicle industry is advantageous to your success in this role.

    * Generic admin tasks including copying, filing and data processing etc.

    Essential Skills required for the Service Administrator role:

    * Possess a proven background / knowledge within the automotive parts, service or warranties sector, or warranties / technical vehicle parts.

    * Demonstrate a proactive, organised and methodical approach to work.

    * Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

    * Ability to work alone under minimal supervision.

    * Have a keen eye for detail along with evidencing strong MS office CRM and database skills.

    * Proven abilities of working within a busy, varied administrative role juggling multiple tasks.

    * Demonstrate a polite, professional and friendly telephone manner.
