Are you a Graduate, Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor with previous exposure to Groundworks and are looking for a new role? Do you want to join a goal driven business where you will have ample chance to progress your career alongside the business's growth?

This specialist contractor operating across the Midlands specialises demolition and civil engineering projects. Where they work across the public and private sector for a number of tier 1s and local authorities. With the civil and groundworks arm of the business being relatively new they have clear set goals they are in the process of achieving. And with a solid workbook underway they are looking to add to their dynamic team with this great opportunity.

In this role you will take on a number of responsibilities in supporting the already established commercial team. With your time split evenly across the Midlands and the office, assisting with valuations, tracking project costs, managing variations, liaising with site teams and subcontractors, and supporting with contractual and commercial administration. You'll also be involved in reviewing drawings, handling RFIs and helping to ensure projects are running efficiently from a commercial perspective.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a motivated Graduate, Junior or Assistant Quantity Surveyor with some prior knowledge of Groundworks projects who is actively looking for a long-term role to progress their career. As well as having a full UK license to be able to travel to sites when needed.

The Role:

Assisting with monthly applications and valuations
Following up on payments and supporting credit control
