Shift & Pay Rates

Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00

£18.65/hour up to 40 hours, with overtime paid at £27.98/hour

All PPE ProvidedAs the ideal candidate you will be expected to:

Operate Filling machines and associated equipment.
Set and run various Filling machines.
Record and monitor relevant associated data.
Carry out manual handling and heavy lifting tasks when required
Maintain an excellent standard of housekeeping.
Participate and contribute to daily briefings.
Able to work within a dusty / powdery environment - PPE suppliedIn order to be successful as a Machine Operator you must:

Have previous experience in Machine Operator roles.
Be competent in numeracy to read and understand numbers and batch cards.
Have excellent verbal communication and team work skills to work with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets.
Desire to champion the company values.
Have logical problem solving skills.Commutable from: Northampton, Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering, Rushden
