Set up and operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
Apply powder coatings to metals and other materials to the required quality standards.
Inspect finished products to ensure consistent colour, thickness, and finish.
Maintain equipment, workstations, and a clean working environment.
Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
Previous experience in powder coating or a similar finishing role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of health and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet production deadlines.
