* Lead full-cycle execution of marine and offshore projects.
* Manage project schedule, budget, risks, and change orders.
* Ensure compliance with IMO, classification societies (DNV, ABS, LR, BV), and flag-state regulations.
* Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
* Conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and problem resolution.
* Monitor progress, report to management, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
* Mentor junior engineers and support continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture, Marine/Mechanical/Offshore Engineering (Master’s preferred).
* Minimum 5 years experience in the marine/offshore industry.
* At least 5 years in a senior project engineering role.
* Strong knowledge of shipbuilding processes, classification rules, and marine regulations.
* Experience with MS Project and engineering software.
* PMP or Chartered Engineer certification is an advantage.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel to shipyards and project sites
