We’re working with an exciting and growing company who are looking for a Social Media Manager to oversee and manage their online presence. This role is primarily focused on posting, messaging and managing social media communication across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily social media activity across multiple platforms.
Respond to messages, enquiries and comments in a professional and timely manner.
Schedule and publish posts to maintain active engagement.
Monitor social media performance and audience engagement.
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
Identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement.
Assist with community management and audience growth.Requirements:

Previous experience managing social media accounts.
Strong written communication skills.
Good understanding of major social media platforms.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail.
