Your Day-to-Day Role
Provide 1:1 support for students with additional needs
Assist in small group interventions
Support classroom teachers with lesson delivery
Help manage behaviour and engagement
Work closely with SENCO and pastoral teams
Ideal Candidate
Experience working with young people (school-based preferred)
SEN experience desirable
Strong communication skills
Passion for education and student support
