We’re recruiting on behalf of a valued logistics client for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their busy team in Wellingborough. This role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Duties
Receiving, checking and putting away pallets/packages
Using WMS for data entry, picking and stock movements
Picking, packing, labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
Operating MHE (forklift/reach/PPT licences preferred)
Heavy lifting and manual handling of goods
General warehouse duties
Keeping work areas safe, clean and organised
About You
Previous warehouse experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer/scanner skills
Reliable, punctual and a team player
Experience loading lorries/containers is a bonus
