What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
Supporting daily bookkeeping and assisting with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Handling VAT submissions and assisting with tax-related tasks to support compliance and reporting
Collaborating with senior team members on various accounting projects to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
Maintaining accurate financial records, and contributing to month-end and year-end processes with attention to detail
Helping uphold the company's high standards of financial management in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
2 years of practice experience in bookkeeping, accounts preparation, and VAT/tax processes
Currently studying or with an equivalent qualification such as AAT
Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Able to work confidently both independently and as part of a team with a positive, proactive attitude
Motivated to develop their accounting skills within a supportive and ambitious company culture
