Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a hands-on role involving CNC machine setup, assembly work, and general warehouse duties. The position begins as a 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Setting up and operating CNC machines
* Gluing and assembling felt boards to required specifications
* Monitoring and minding machines during operation
* Packing finished products safely and efficiently
* Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is desirable
* Experience with CNC machines is an advantage but not essential (training can be provided)
* Good attention to detail and quality standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and reliability
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
